This is our fee for a fully completed Energy Performance Certificate produced by our qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.

On instruction, our assessor will arrange a convenient time to visit your property. The lead time from instruction to our assessor’s site visit is unually within 48 hours. The survey will take approx 1h 15mins. 

The EPC will be available within 24 hours of our assessor’s visit.

Our Domestic Energy Assessor is fully licensed and insured through Elmhurst Energy Systems.
